Information we collect

Through our contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, company, email, phone number (optional), service of interest and a description of your challenge. We also record the submission date, source page, referring domain and campaign parameters where available.

How we use it

We use this information to receive, review and respond to business inquiries, track the progress of a request and, when appropriate, prepare a service proposal. We do not publish form submissions.

Where records are stored

Requests are recorded in a private area of the server, outside the website's public directory, with password-protected administrative access. Email notifications, when enabled, go to the business address configured by Also. Our hosting and email providers may process information to deliver these services.

Website interaction metrics

We record technical events when visitors select a topic, interact with the contact form or click WhatsApp links, to understand how the site is used. These events don't include names, email addresses or form content. A value derived from the IP address is used to limit abuse, without storing the full IP in these events. The website does not set its own analytics cookies in this version. The admin panel uses a session cookie required for authentication.

WhatsApp and external services

WhatsApp opens as an external service only when you choose to use it. Sending a message requires your confirmation in the app, which has its own privacy practices. Loading third-party resources, such as fonts, may also create connections to external providers.

Retention and deletion

We retain business inquiries for as long as necessary to process requests, manage related business relationships and meet applicable obligations. Authorized administrators can review and delete records. To request access, correction or deletion of information sent through the form, please contact us through our official WhatsApp channel, identifying your request.

Security and limitations

We validate form fields, use safeguards against automated submissions and restrict access. No digital channel is completely secure; please do not include passwords, personal identification documents or confidential information in an initial message.

Language and approximate location

Our hosting service may detect the approximate country of the connection (GeoIP) to choose the initial website language. Your manual choice between Portuguese and English is saved in a functional cookie called also_lang for up to 12 months, without behavioral advertising. You may switch languages at any time or clear this cookie in your browser settings.
